Didn’t get an email to renew this year.
I can't log in again so have had to send them an email, password reset didn't work then I got locked out.
Not sure what to do about my card this year.
The first one almost turned white so last year I laminated it in plastic and the photo just went blurred straight away.
Is spray lacquer the best way to keep it good short of leaving it in the house for a year?
PS not having a go at AFRA as the price is good I just want to know the best way to preserve the thing for more than 4 months. I think heat inside a wallet transfers the ink off onto plastic so even laminating does not work as it blurs.

I think I've done it - sorry we're a bit late but I've been procrastinating because I'm always so hopeless at doing this and usually end up rage-quitting (in modern parlance).
No problem at all this time though, everything was straightforward and worked first time. The website is now super-swish and if I can do it it must be fool proof. Nice work.
I even managed to get PayPal working! Last time I tried PayPal I had HSBC security department telephone me at home to tell me they'd cancelled my credit card to save me from an incompetent hacker who had been trying to log in to my account! I had to wait a month to get a new credit card.
Processed them for you, Barrie and Anne. Would have been sooner, but we had a visitor over and couldn't get to the computer until after midnight. You will get an email from Emma later today to confirm the accounts are fully active, along with membership certificates, and you cards will be posted within the week.
So glad that our new system is working so efficiently
